$170 for intake consultation appointment.
$155 per 55 minute session.
Payment is due at the time of service. I accept cash, check, HSA (Health Savings Acct), FSA (Flex Spending Acct), and credit/debit card. A credit card is required on file for no show fees, most clients find it easiest to use that card for sessions as well.
Cost or lack of insurance benefits shouldn't be the reason you don't get support. I offer a limited number of reduced fee spots, and I trust you to know if that's you. Reach out to ask about availability.
You have the right to receive a Good Faith Estimate explaining how much your care will cost. Under the No Surprises Act, health care providers are required to give patients who are uninsured or not using insurance an estimate of expected charges before services begin. You can request a Good Faith Estimate from me at any time. For more information, visit cms.gov/nosurprises.

I am not currently in-network with any insurance providers, though I am in the process of becoming in-network with select insurers. In the meantime, I can provide a monthly superbill, an itemized receipt you can submit to your insurance for potential out-of-network reimbursement.
If you plan to seek out-of-network reimbursement, it's worth calling your insurance provider before we begin. Here are some helpful questions to ask:
Do I have out-of-network mental health benefits?
What types of services are covered (individual, family, couples, group)?
Do I have a deductible, and how much has been applied so far this year?
How many sessions per year does my plan cover?
What is the reimbursement amount per out-of-network therapy session?
Do I need a referral from my primary care physician?
Are there any restrictions on the license type of my provider?
Cost or lack of insurance benefits shouldn't be the reason you don't get support. I offer a limited number of reduced fee spots, and I trust you to know if that's you. Reach out to ask about availability.

My practice is best suited for adults (18+) who are looking for more than coping strategies. I work best with clients who want to genuinely understand themselves and the patterns that keep showing up in their lives.
I work with:
Anxiety and chronic worry
Complex trauma and PTSD
Shame and self-criticism
Patterns you understand but can't seem to change
Feeling disconnected from yourself
Emotional numbness
Unhealthy coping you haven't been able to talk about
Relationship patterns that keep repeating
Religious or spiritual trauma
Midlife transitions and loss of direction
Existential dread and grief
Life feeling functional on the outside but empty or stuck inside
I offer EMDR as an adjunctive treatment when appropriate. If you're looking primarily for skill-building or a stabilization-focused approach, I may not be the best fit, and I'm happy to help you find someone who is.
I'm not able to work with individuals experiencing active psychosis, or those in acute crisis with active suicidal intent or a plan. If you're in crisis right now, please contact the 988 Suicide and Crisis Lifeline by calling or texting 988.

I require at least 48 full hours notice to cancel. Cancellations made less than 48 hours in advance and missed appointments are charged a $100 fee, billed to the card on file. This fee is not billable to insurance.
